In order for our tattoo shopping cart to accept orders placed using a Purchase Order you must fill out the form below.

The application will be reviewed and accepted by a staff person here within one business day.

There is a minimum quantity of 5,000 tattoos per design, per order. The PO system is available for government, educational institutes and larger corporate customers.

A W9 will be emailed back to you along with your acceptance in to the system.
